On September 29, 2007, 8-week-old Zachary Durham’s father found the baby unresponsive and called 911. EMS transported Zachary to the Heart of Florida Hospital in Haines City where he was pronounced dead. Head trauma was discovered during autopsy. The Medical Examiner advised that the injuries were a result of a traumatic injury. The cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma and the manner of death as homicide.
