25-year-old Octavio Hernandez was last seen alive leaving the Rio Grande Bar in Frostproof between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on May 11, 2008. He was found unresponsive, laying under a semi-truck trailer in the parking lot of Ben Hill Griffin Inc., located at 702 South Scenic Hwy in Frostproof. Blunt force trauma was his cause of death and the manner was listed as homicide.
