Do you happen to recognize this man? He's accused of retail theft from the Kangaroos Express store at 2100 Memorial Blvd in Lakeland on Saturday, October 3rd at about 9pm.
A store employee said he watched as this man stole several items from the store the fled north on Wabash Ave on a bicycle.
