Please be on the lookout for 72-year old Concepcion Rivera Liberia, a Missing Hispanic adult with severe dementia, who may be on foot in the area of his residence at 615 Green Drive in Kissimmee.  Mr. Liberia is approx. 5-feet/5-inches tall and weighs approx. 155 pounds, with short gray hair and a goatee; last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, khaki cargo shorts and white tennis shoes. If you see him or know his whereabouts - please, do not approach him, just call 911 immediately. Thank you for your assistance.
